International Student Health Plan

At Frost Campus Fleming College, the health and safety of our students is our main priority. All students enrolled in full-time programs are automatically enlisted in the Standard International Health Plan (recommended for the Fish and Wildlife / Conservation Biology Program). Coverage for the Standard International Health Plan includes:

  • Dental

  • Prescription Drugs

  • Life

  • Accident Death & Dismemberment

  • Travel Insurance

  • Vaccines

  • Student Assistance Program

Using Your Health Plan

You can use your Student ID or Morcare ID card at any participating provider (Pharmacist or Dentist) across Ontario. You will need to provide the following information to the Pharmacist or Dentist to complete your claim:                                                                                   

  • Certificate ID: 0- - - - - - - - Q (Your student ID with a 0 at the beginning and an Q at the end)

  • Provider: Morcare                                                                                              

Family Add-on

Students are able to purchase additional coverage for their spouse and/or dependent(s) that require health and dental coverage. Your family will be enrolled in the same Student Health Plan you choose for yourself.

Mental health is extremely important for your well-being. Your mental, physical, and spiritual health can be impacted by arriving to a new community, experiencing different environments, or meeting new peers. With these challenges comes added pressure and stress. But you’re not alone! With WeConnect, you can apply for short-term therapy, lifestyle counselling, course tools, and events to improve your mental well-being!

Steps to accessing WeConnect Support!

  • To create an account select “WeConnect Support” title above

  • Sign in using your email and institution code “Fleming”

  • Create a username and password

  • You’re all set to access all WeConnect has to offer!

What is my coverage period?

Starting from arrival date through August 31st of the current year.

Can I add a family member onto my plan?

For an additional fee, spouse and/or dependents can be added to your plan.

Applications must be completed by the deadline date and can be completed online at Morcare.ca

What is the cost of the Student Health Plan?

Fall Program Start: $904.06
Winter Program Start: $844.10
Summer Program Start: $698.48

(included in tuition fees)

All part-time and full-time international students will be automatically covered on the Student Health Plan

 What do my benefits cover?

Go to Morcare.com, click on the Booklets and Forms box.

 How do I make a claim?

Go to Morcare.com, click on eprofile for Online Claims Submission.  You will need the following information to register:

  • Provider - Morcare

  • Certificate #0_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _Q (insert your 8 digit student ID)

  • Copies of receipts to submit online
