Domestic Student Health Plan
At Fleming College, the health and safety of our students is our main priority. All students enrolled in full-time programs are automatically enlisted in the Standard Health and Dental Plan (recommended for the Fish and Wildlife / Conservation Biology Program). Coverage for the Standard Plan includes:

Domestic students can also switch to Enhanced Drug and Vision, or Enhanced Dental & Vision, at no extra cost. To access you health plan or make a claim, please visit www.wespeakstudent.com.

Using Your Health Plan
You can use your Student ID or ClaimSecure ID card at any participating provider (Pharmacist or Dentist) across Ontario. You will need to provide the following information to the Pharmacist or Dentist to complete your claim:
Group number: 515647
Certificate number: 0- - - - - - - - F (Your student ID with a 0 at the beginning and an F at the end)
Provider: ClaimSecure
Already Have Coverage?
If you already have health and dental coverage, you can co-ordinate both plans to increase your coverage or you can cancel your Student Health Plan to receive a full refund.
Cancellation deadlines:
If you are not interested in the Student Health Plan, you must cancel your plan before the following dates:
Fall Enrollment – Sept 27, 2024
Winter Enrollment – Jan 24, 2025
Spring Enrollment - May 30, 2025
Family Add-on
Students are able to purchase additional coverage for their spouse and/or dependent(s) that require health and dental coverage. Your family will be enrolled in the same Student Health Plan you choose for yourself.

Health Plan FAQs
What is my coverage period?
Program start date through August 31st of the current year.
How do I choose an enhanced plan?
Go to WeSpeakStudent.com prior to the deadline date. Click on Choose Your Plan, select alternate plan, enter the required information and submit. Retain the receipt number for your records.
Can I add a family member onto my plan?
For an additional fee, spouse and/or dependents can be added to your plan.
Applications must be completed by the deadline date and can be completed online at WeSpeakStudent.com
What is the cost of the Student Health Plan?
Fall Program Start: $307.40
Winter Program Start: $215.71
Summer Program Start: $158.05
(included in tuition fees, paid once per academic year)
All students enrolled in a full-time program will be automatically covered on the Student Health Plan
What if I am covered under alternate insurance (i.e. - my parents)?
You can coordinate your benefits for 100% coverage, but your claims must be submitted to your student health plan first. Then the outstanding balance can be claimed through your alternate insurance. Or you can opt out of the student plan.
How do I opt out?
In order to opt out of the Student Health Plan, you must have another form of health coverage.
Go to WeSpeakStudent.com, click on Opt Out and follow the prompts. You will need the following information for proof of alternate insurance:
Insurance company name
Policy number
Primary insured's name.
What are the 24/25 opt-out dates?
Fall opt-out: August 1st - September 27, 2024
Winter opt-out: December 30, 2024 - January 24, 2025
Summer opt-out: April 28 - May 30, 2025
What will my refund be?
Your refund for opting out will be the full amount you were charged, less $5.00 for ongoing Mental Health Support(s).
What do my benefits cover?
Go to WeSpeakStudent.com, click on the Booklets and Forms box.
How do I make a claim?
Go to WeSpeakStudent.com, click on eprofile for Online Claims Submission. You will need the following information to register:

Copies of receipts to submit online
