The Frost Student Association By-Laws and Policies are documents
that set forth rules and regulations governing the FSA

In order to better serve the changing needs of the students at Fleming College, the Constitution is reviewed by the FSA Board of Directors every year to ensure that it is up to date. All proposed amendments are put forth to the membership for approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

You, as a fee-paying member, are invited to attend our AGM and vote!
Information about the AGM will be circulated closer to the date (usually in February). You are required to have a Fleming College student ID to vote.
